Dublín Salas grounds his life and teaches yoga using the Ashtanga Vinyasa System
Through the yoga asana (steady comfortable poses) Dublin hopes to guide his students
to use the body and the breath to restore the mind to a place,free of confusion and stress.
His exploration of sun salutations follows an intelligent,simple yet challenging sequencing
focused on alignment,actions and breath control (pranayama) bringing the student control
through moving meditation.
The Ashatanga Vinyasa System teaches control of the fluctuation
of the mind (YOGA CHITTA VRITTI NIRODHA) bringing happiness,health flexibility and
a present open mind of life.
Practice & Teaching
Dublín Salas was born in Caracas Venezuela.He began his yoga practice in New York with a family member,Marco Rojas one of the 100 most influential yoga teachers in America according to Sonima.com currently a senior teacher with renowned teacher Alan Finger at Ishata Yoga. Salas studied Anatomy with Jason Brown at Zenyasa yoga studio NYC. After Dublin completed his teacher training at Yoga Works under the guidance of Jenny Aurthur, he began to assist Rojas in classes and workshops developing a deep affinity for Rojas yogic style.In 2015 he completed 100 hours intense teacher training with master teacher Maty Ezraty she study and practice for long time with Pattabhi Jois.
In 2016 He start an Advanced Teacher Training certification in Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Injury Awareness/Prevention, Biomechanics and the Kinesiology of Yoga Asana. Dublin is working on completing his 500-hour teacher training with Alan Finger at Ishta Yoga
